Privacy policy

How International Futbol Sports collects, uses and protects information about campers and their families.

01/

What we collect

When a parent or guardian registers a camper, we collect:

  • About the camper: name, date of birth, gender, grade, T-shirt size, club or school team and coach, goalkeeper and roommate requests, and any medical issues, allergies or dietary needs you tell us about.
  • About you: name, home address, email and phone numbers, and your typed signature on the code of conduct and waiver.
  • Emergency and insurance details: an emergency contact’s name, email and phone, and the camper’s health insurance company, group number and policy holder.
  • Payment records: what was paid, when, and how. Card and bank details are entered on Stripe’s secure page and stay with Stripe. We never see or store a full card or account number.

The signed medical form is mailed to us on paper. Our athletic trainers keep it on site during camp, and we may keep a scanned copy in private storage.

02/

How we use it

We use registration information to:

  • run camp, place campers in groups and rooms, and keep them safe;
  • reach you, or your emergency contact, if something happens at camp;
  • take payments, including scheduled balance payments you choose at registration;
  • send confirmations, receipts, reminders about forms and balances, and camp updates.

Unless you tick “Do not email me about future camps and offers” when you register, we may also email you about next season’s camps. To stop those emails at any time, email info@internationalfutbolsports.com.

As the registration agreement says, photos taken at camp may appear in our promotional material.

03/

Who we share it with

We do not sell or rent your information. We share it only with the services that run this website and registration, and only so they can do that work:

  • Stripe processes card and bank payments.
  • Supabase stores registration records and scanned forms.
  • Vercel hosts the website.
  • SMTP.com delivers our emails.
  • Cloudflare Turnstile checks that registrations come from people, not bots.
  • Google Analytics measures website visits (see below).

Camp staff see the details they need to run camp. We may also share information if the law requires it, or with medical staff in an emergency.

04/

Website analytics

We use Google Analytics to see how many people visit, which pages they read, and whether they register. It uses cookies and records things like your browser, device and approximate location.

We set it up to collect as little as possible. Payment links and registration numbers are removed from page addresses before anything is sent to Google, no names or contact details are sent, and Google signals (which links visits to Google accounts for advertising) is turned off. The camp administration pages are not tracked at all.

You can block analytics with your browser’s privacy settings or Google’s opt‑out add‑on. The site works the same either way.

05/

Children

Our camps are for players in grades 1 through 12, but registration is completed by a parent or guardian. We collect information about campers from their parents, not from the children themselves. If you believe a child has given us information directly, contact us and we will delete it.

06/

Keeping it safe and how long we keep it

Registration records are kept in a private database. Only camp staff and our website developer can reach it, and only after signing in. Pages that show a family’s own details, such as payment links, use long random links that can’t be guessed.

We don’t delete registration records on a fixed schedule. We keep them so returning families don’t have to start from scratch each summer, and so we have a record of payments, waivers and medical details if a question comes up after camp. If you would like your family’s records deleted, email us and we will remove them, apart from payment records we are required to keep.

07/

Your choices

To see, correct or delete the information we hold about you or your camper, email info@internationalfutbolsports.com or call 215-620-1293. We may need to keep payment records we are required to keep, but we will tell you if so.

08/

Changes and contact

If we change this policy, we will post the new version here with a new date. Questions go to info@internationalfutbolsports.com, 215-620-1293, or by mail to International Futbol Sports, PO Box 509, Lake Harmony, PA 18624.
