Registration & payment
Who are IFS camps designed for?
Committed youth travel and elite scholastic players looking to develop their technical skills and tactical understanding. This is not a recreational day camp.
How do I register my child for camp?
Complete the online registration for the desired camp or clinic. Payment is by credit or debit card, or from a bank account. Paying by bank takes $15 off a residential camp and $5 off Youth and Varsity Development. You'll receive an email confirmation once registration and payment are received. If you pay a deposit, the balance is charged automatically to the same card or bank account on June 1, and we email a reminder a month before with a link to change it.
Are there camp discounts?
Yes. See the discount info on each camp's registration page.
What is the refund / cancellation policy?
Any cancellation after registration, for any camp and at any time, results in a refund of $100 only, or a $100 credit toward one of the following summer's camps. The policy reflects camp administration expenses, banking fees, and our contracts with venues and service providers.

Forms & preparation
What forms are required for my child's participation?
Two items, no exceptions: the online registration with payment, which includes accepting the Player Code of Conduct Rules & Waiver; and the Medical Form, completed and signed by a parent. Mail the Medical Form so it arrives by July 1 to International Futbol Sports (IFS), P.O. Box 509, Lake Harmony, PA 18624.
What should my child pack for camp each day?
See the Suggested Packing List (and the Residential Packing List for overnight campers) on the Forms page.
What is the daily schedule?
Each program's daily schedule is posted on the Forms page, with separate schedules for the Youth, Varsity, and Residential programs.

At camp
Is water available during sessions?
Water coolers are provided on the training fields during every session. Campers should bring a personal water bottle.
What is the procedure for campers who take medicine regularly?
Complete the Medical Form with all pertinent info and written dosage instructions. A Certified Athletic Trainer is available to administer medicine accordingly. Please also notify the Camp Director before the session starts.
How do you place players in groups?
Players are first separated by grade (as of September of the session year) and by male/female, then by skill level. Players can be shifted to another division if their current group isn't presenting a challenge.
Can my child be in the same group as friends?
Usually, yes. If your child needs to be in a group outside their age division, arrangements can be made. Contact the Camp Director.
What happens in case of rain or bad weather?
The schedule proceeds as usual in moderate rain. The Friday of each week is reserved as an inclement-weather make-up day.
What is the staff-to-camper ratio?
Usually one staff member per ten campers, varying slightly by age group. Training sessions are run by our Camp Directors and Head Coaching Staff, and the collegiate counselor staff assist and demonstrate under their direction. All staff members must complete criminal background checks, no exceptions.
Can families arrange carpools?
Yes. Parents and families from the same area or team can arrange carpools on a weekly or daily basis. We must have written permission from the parent/guardian with detailed arrangements.
