The staff difference
Training sessions are run by the camp directors and head coaching staff. Collegiate counselors assist and demonstrate under their direction, they do not run sessions. Every staff member completes a criminal background check, no exceptions.

Matt has owned and directed Future Player Academy since 2011, leading FPA's U-18 Premier boys to a USYS Region 1 championship and the 2019 USYS National Championship Finals, with four state championship teams along the way.
A former collegiate player at Villanova and Penn State and a PA ODP / US Regional Pool player, he holds the NSCAA National Diploma and was an assistant coach on Abington High School's 2025 PIAA 4A boys state championship team.
Technical Director
Coach Gorni is considered one of the finest and most successful youth and scholastic coaches in the nation. Over a 35+ year career he has taken multiple teams from three different clubs to USYS National Championships. More than seventy of his players have represented US National Teams at the U-17, U-20 and U-23 age groups, and over sixty former players have been drafted and/or played professionally in MLS and Europe.
He was head boys coach at Central Bucks East High School from 1995 to 2015, capped by an undefeated (26-0-0) 2015 PIAA AAA state championship, and led the Eastern PA ODP program for 26 years. He currently coaches the HEX PA Dominion ECNL and USYS National League PRO boys teams and has served as co-head coach of the Philadelphia Ukrainian Nationals NPSL men's side.

Director, Goalkeeper Training
A four-year starting goalkeeper and senior-year captain at Penn State, Bert anchored teams that twice reached the NCAA Division I final eight and was named to Soccer America's Top Ten Freshmen.
He has instructed at Penn State soccer camps, conducted international goalkeeping clinics in Lima, Peru, and works as a goalkeeper consultant and personal trainer for elite high-school and club programs. He is a professional teacher in the Council Rock School District.
